Take Two Cats and Call Me in the Morning

Have you ever had a “cat” nurse? No, I’m not speaking about Halloween fun at the hospital. A “cat” nurse is the ideal study I can use to describe an astonishing feline phenomenon that I have personally witnessed. They can’t do CPR or take your temperature, but make no mistake your cat adores you unconditionally and it shows. It’s one medicine that you won’t need a prescription for.
It was nearly a year ago to the date, my wife Natercia had to have ankle reconstruction surgery after a series of painful falls. The surgery was a success, however, it required my wife to be off her feet for several weeks. Just one day after the surgery I concurred to welcome 2 new family members into our home. We titled them Sassy and Shadow. They were 2 of the cutest tiny kitties I had ever seen. As the kittens started to feel welcome in our home, and my wife adjusted to her new life of staying in bed, I noticed something truly amazing.
Sassy, the female kitten could always be found at my wife’s side. I would take Sassy to another room for feeding, but soon after she was right back in bed with my wife. I asked myself, “Could this kitten know that my wife is hurt?” Sassy would not only stay by her side, but she would always know when to give that tiny bit of loving that she needed. Though at times it seemed like Sassy new more, nearly as if she was protecting her or watching over her.
Sassy’s brother Shadow also shares this magic. I had been sick with a very bad infection. The physician had prescribed a very strong anti-biotic that caused me to sleep more than usual. Shadow never left my side, only to visit the litter box and to fulfill his craving for salmon. Having him there with me gave me a sense of security. I had been thinking that cats had this hidden nurse like tendency, but I still wasn’t sure if it was just my kittens being extra loving, until my close friend Sharon had a heart attack.
Sharon is a diabetic. After having some difficulties with her sugar and insulin equilibrise she had an episode that place her into a coma for 3 days. Physicians still aren’t sure if she had a stroke or heart attack. Though once she had recovered enough to return home she was greeted by 4 of the most concerned tiny creatures. That first night back at home Sharon could not believe it. All 4 of her cats, which normally wouldn’t go near her room at night, slept on her bed with her. She had one at her head, one at her feet and one on apiece side of her. They did not leave her side all night.
The next morning when Sharon’s daughter stopped by to check in on her the nursing didn’t stop. When Sharon’s daughter sat on the bed to speak with her mother, the 4 cats stood up and acted nearly as to say, “Don’t get too close to our patient.” They place themselves between the mom and daughter.
It has taken me some time to come to some understanding of this, but I can only state that pets communicate on a completely different level. This can also be seen in dogs that protect their owners or run to get help when their owner is hurt. I’m sure that someday science will find a way to communicate with animals. At which time a plethora of questions will be answered. In the mean time we leave it up to faith. You see, all of the cats in this story knew that their owners needed them. That is why it never hurts to have a pet or two in the family. If you too have experienced a “cat” nurse home call please tell me about it. I would be delighted to know that the Order of the Cat Nurse is alive and well in a bedroom near you.

New Age Spirituality – Morning Has Been All Night Coming ( Part 2 )

Sometimes, the simplest things can be the most profound. So it was on this beautiful morning in June. It was nearly like any other morning in summer except for the peculiarity of the sunlight in my backyard. The rays of light streaming through the outstretched branches seemed to take on a special hue. An otherworldly glow from these reflections set the tone for the day. What a glorious morning, I thought, as I prefabricated preparations to take my wife, Mardai,to the hospital again.
It had been slightly over two years that Mardai, only in her thirties, had been battling cancer. There were many things we were planning for the years ahead. The strain and stress of the disease had taken its toll on the two of us, as well as the other members of the family. There had been a time when we visaged life bravely and took no thought for the pitfalls that might lie in our way.
It is my belief that one can become accustomed to anything. Thus it was with our continuing fight with the disease. Over the years the cancer had shown signs of retreating, only to return with a vengeance a short while later. Since Mardai had not been feeling too well recently, her physician insisted on her returning to the hospital for observation.
As the time to leave approached, we stated our goodbyes to the children. Malika, our daughter, held her brother Jonathan’s hand as we pulled out of the drive way. They are very special children, these two. Born approximately four years apart, they were both adopted at an extremely young age. They had brought much joy into our lives and now, at the ages of eleven and seven, were adjusting as ideal they could to the discomfort of our family dilemma.
The hospital was, perhaps, an hour’s drive from home. As usual, it was good to be alone with Mardai in the car. We spoke of the “good old days” and how kind they had been to us. We exchanged views on my work, the children, our friends and our future. Even though she laughed at my feeble jokes,I could see deep within her eyes the shadows of sadness. With guarded expectations we discussed plans for our twentieth wedding anniversary, which was only a week and a half away.

Wake Up Every Morning Full Of Energy

Imagine yourself rousing up apiece morning full of energy and ready for the challenges of the day. Lots of exciting things are happening and you manage them with success. You turn around the negative to the positive and with the positive you create equilibrise and success within all areas. Would not this be wonderful?
This scenario could be yours, but the question is: Does your life look like this? Most likely most people would like to have a life like this, but the reality for many people is not as positive as the scenario above. A lot of people struggle with bad finances, bad health and bad relationships. How come?
No-one is born with a negative approach or negative thoughts of herself. However, when the years pass by, a lot of people create a negative pattern of thoughts that leads to negative feelings, which always leads to poor results. There is nothing wrong with that and it is pure naturally if you comprehend the law of cause and effect, where apiece effect has a cause and apiece cause has an effect.
The reason for that we think positively or negatively about ourselves and what we can accomplish is to a massive extent shaped of what we have seen, experienced and heard as a child. If you have grown up surrounded by harmony, the chances that you have life equilibrise are greater than what you would have had if you had grown up under tougher circumstances. Maybe it sounds unfair, and maybe it is, but you can't change the past.
However, you can change what you think and feel about yourself now. What has been programmed in your past can be replaced with a new program where you get positive results, all according to the law of cause and effect.
How is this done? The first thing we need to do is to let go of the emotional connection to what causes poor results. To let go of everything that is negative and forgive those who might have done this. Not so much for their intoxicant as for you to be healthy to be free from the strong bounds that creates your unwished results.
When you then feel free and released from the negative, it is time to program your brain with your dream scenario with assistance of new messages, for example:
1. I love myself
2. I am running a successful business
3. I have many excellent relationships
Read your sentences 10 times apiece morning and evening during three weeks and continue thereafter with new positive sentences that you want to experience. This will become you new cause and the results will be positive and completely different from your previous results.
